Family conference in social work when working with the family

Title: Family conference in social work while working with the family Objectives: To evaluate the possibilities and pitfalls of family conference methods through semi-structured interviews with staff of family centers. Results: Based on the answers of our respondents, it was found that the RK method is suitable for working with the family. Compared to other methods, it gives more competence to the family and the child when solving the problem. The RK coordinator is a person who is trained, manages and leads the entire RK process. The RK coordinator should be impartial, able to listen and resolve conflicts. He respects the family and should see meaning in RK. The pitfalls of the RK method were mentioned by our respondents, especially obstacles on the side of cooperation with organizations and experts and little support from the state. Respondents saw the possibilities of RK overlap in the social overlap of this method, spirituality, accessibility, significant advantages compared to other methods, especially PK. This diploma thesis deals with theme of Ethical dilemmas of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children and their solutions. It also describes activities of social and legal protection of children (OSPOD), characterizes social workes work on OSPOD, the principles and risks of this work. It defines the concept of ethics and ethical dilemmas and describes their solutions. The empirical part deals with qualitative research and data will be obtaines through in-depth interviews with OSPOD social workers. The main purpose of the work is to find out ethical dilemmas and how to OSPOD social workers solve them. a partial goal is to categorize these finding and compare them with previous investigations. Also find out what factors influence their choice of solution.
The issue of foster care with Roma children from the perspective of experience from Strakonice

The bachelor thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the Roma, their culture and customs, family relationships and their history. The second chapter is about foster care, how we divide it, about the work of a social worker and work with Roma families and children. And the third chapter is dedicated to the organization Prevent, specifically the Center for Foster Families and whether work with Roma families is different. This chapter also contains interviews with workers from the Center for Foster Families. It was ascertained how many Roma families the workers have, whether working with them is different, and if so, how. What kind of work does an employee do at the Center and how was the Center affected by the change in the law. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out in the organization Prevent 99 z. ú. in Strakonice how foster care with Roma currently works and what is the role of the social worker.
Cyberbullying of childeren uder 15 years of age

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying of children under the age of 18 from the perspective of the aggressor. The aim of the theoretical part is to identify and describe the aspects that lead the aggressor to commit cyberbullying, what techniques he uses and how OSPOD, which deals with this issue, will work with him. The research part is formed by qualitative research, which is created through guided interviews with OSPOD employees. I will try to clarify this research. The research deals with the aggressor of cyberbullying in general and the solution of this social group from the point of view of OSPOD.
The attitudes of foster parents to services provided by nonprofit organizations in Ceske Budejovice district

The bachelor thesis deals with the attitudes of foster parents to services provided by accompanying organizations in the district of České Budějovice. The first part of my bachelor thesis describes the basic concepts like the foster care and family. The aim is to present legal rights and responsibilities which foster parents towards the entrusted child have. I dedicated the second part of my theoretical part to the description of the accompanying organizations and social workers. The practical part provides data analysis from the answers acquired during the semi structured interviews. My goal is to find out whether the services provided by non-profit organization to foster families are sufficiently fulfilled according to the act number 359/1999 concerning Legal Code About Social and Legal Protection of Children. This thesis is also interested in their points of view on accompanying organizations and if they would appreciate or welcome any changes.
Social work with family in divorce

In my bachelor's thesis, I focus on social work with families in divorce. Specifically, I focused on working in divorce proceedings. I deal with divorce and procedure for adjusting relations with minor children. I also describe problems that may arise in relation to children during the resolution of disputes between parents. After that, I am engaged in the department of social and legal protection of children, the role of conflicting guardian. I also describe the social work services available to families in divorce. Qualitative research is created in the practical part. The method of qualitative research is a semi-structured interview. The interviews were created by workers working in the social and legal protection department of children.
